Opéra Project (50 m²)

Just steps away from the Palais Garnier, this 50 m² apartment is the result of the division of a 200 m² property, requiring a complete rethinking of the interior architecture. Studio Andriotis redesigned the layout, adding new partition walls, reorganising circulation, and shaping a clear, harmonious plan suited to contemporary living and high-end rental.

The material palette brings warmth and depth to the space: layered nuances of ecru and beige, terracotta touches, walnut wood, travertine details, bronze elements, and textured natural fabrics that give the apartment a grounded, cohesive identity. Sculptural lighting and refined decorative pieces add character while ensuring durability; essential for a Paris investment property.
